The Ministry of Education has suspended SSC and equivalent examinations due to the deteriorating flood situation in the country.

There are 1 lakh 17 thousand 463 SSC candidates in four districts under the board. Of these, 43,644 are in flood-hit district Sylhet and 23,752 are in Sunamganj. There are 149 examination centers in 4 districts.

Center. More than 450 schools, colleges and madrasas in the two districts are under water. They said, the test can be taken later. If human life does not survive then there is no more test. At least 250 to 300 people will be able to take shelter there even if they drop out of school one by one.
Students and parents demanded to postpone the exam. Examiners said they could not study due to the floods. Many students have left their homes and are staying in different places. Everyone is running around with books. For this reason, they demanded that the SSC examination be postponed. The decision to suspend the SSC exams came just hours after the candidates demanded on Friday (June 18) morning.
